In order to stand out from the traditional estate agent we had to think outside the box and change the way our company was structured. Many people have said for some time about how “the internet will spell the end of the traditional estate agent” but up until now this simply hasn’t happened. This is mainly because most so-called “internet agents” choose this route as a means of “going it alone” with minimal cost and risk, often working from home.

Generally the use of technology is basic requiring the public to actually do little of their transactions on-line meaning they have to pick up the phone and conduct business the traditional way.So there you have it, most internet agents are one/two man bands working from an office in
their home and thinking small. Hardly a revolution!
